  Q. This is a great idea. Has the product been patented?
    This product has a patent pending.  We are waiting for a final approval notice from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
  Q. My family only uses the 6" rice paper sheets. Is there a smaller bowl available for purchase?
    The handle for the current model is positioned low enough to hold the smallest rice paper available.  As soon as a distribution system is in place, we will release a smaller model made only for the 6" rice paper sheets.
  Q. Can I use hot water in this bowl?
    Yes.  Hot water can be used in the bowls and will not cause any damage.  It is not recommended to use boiled water.
  Q. Is the bowl dishwasher safe?
    Yes. The water bowl is made with 100% polycarbonate plastic which is the toughest plastic available to  use for food and drinks.
  Q. Will the water bowl tip over easily because of the small base under the bowl?
    The base of the bowl is designed with an oval shape to give the bowl great stability.  Once the bowl is filled with water, it is very hard to tip over.
  Q. How come there isn't much space between the handle?
    The handle was designed to hold 15 to 20 sheets of rice paper at one time.  It is important to keep the overall product compact and easy to store away.
